Scoop out the flesh of the avocado(s) and add to a food processor with the banana. Mix this on a medium speed for at least 5 minutes.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the water, cacao powder and vanilla extract to create a smooth paste.
Pour this into the food processor and mix for a further 2 minutes.
Next, add the soya cream to the food processor and mix for around 8 minutes, or until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into mini ramekins or espresso cups and serve!
