Crab linguine

The combination of sour lime, sweet crab meat, and hot chilli flakes works so well. I love this recipe with courgetti, but it works well with linguine too.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Courgette
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 150 g Onion
  • 20 g Garlic
  • 75 g Leek
  • 150 g Red pepper
  • 80 g Tenderstem broccoli
  • 25 g Basil
  • 115 g Spinach
  • 300 g Crab meat
  • 1 tbsp Bouillon powder
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp Dried mixed herbs

Instructions
 

  • Spiralise the courgette to make your courgetti. Alternatively, cook the linguine according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Slice the onion, garlic, leek, red pepper and broccoli.
  • Add some water to a heavy-based pan and add the onion, garlic and leek. Allow them to soften for a few minutes.
  • Add the crab meat and stir.
  • Add the bouillon powder, Himalayan salt, black pepper and chilli flakes.
  • Add the courgetti or linguine to the pan and stir through.
