The Royal Mint is a truly royal tea, eases IBS symptoms and reduces stress and migraines. Mint teas can be a wonderful way to manage IBS symptoms like migraines and digestive issues, and mint is also good for reducing stress, combating allergies, and soothing rashes. This tea combines three different types of mint, each of which have a slightly different benefit and flavour, and contains marigold for its healing qualities.

Here’s a breakdown of it’s ingredients:

ORGANIC TULSI

Tulsi, commonly known as Holy Basil, is considered a ‘tonic for the body, mind, and spirit’. The Tulsi plant acts as an adaptogen, which is a natural substance that helps your body adapt to stress, and also promotes mental balance.

PEPPERMINT

Peppermint is a cross between watermint and spearmint, and is a flavour and scent widely accessible to us. It is typically used for it’s calming properties, and has been used to treat bowel symptoms, muscle pains, anxiety and colds.

MOROCCAN MINT

Moroccan mint is essentially spearmint. Like all mint, it is used to relieve digestive issues and anxiety related stress such as headaches.

MORINGA

Moringa is a plant that is typically used to make medicine. The leaves contain 7x more vitamin C than oranges, and 15x more potassium than bananas. The moringa plant is packed with calcium, protein, iron, and amino acids, and also with antioxidants to protect your cells from damage. Another benefit of the moringa plant is that it may boost your immune system.

MARIGOLD

Marigold is a plant that can be used to treat skin conditions of all kinds, minor skin injuries and inflammation, such as eczema and sunburns.

SPEARMINT

Spearmint is the generic, common, garden mint herb. It’s properties include memory improvement, digestion, and can reduce inflammation.
