Turmeric hummus

A warm and earthy variation of classic hummus.

Ingredients How to make

Ingredients

  • 1 tin Chick peas
  • 4 g Garlic
  • 15 g Tahini
  • 2 tsp Turmeric Mixture
  • 1/2 Lemon (juice)
  • 100 ml Extra virgin olive oil

How to make

  • Drain the chick peas and peel the garlic.
  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Combine until it forms a smooth paste, and add water if needed.
