Chia and flax seed bread

More like a savoury cake, packed with essential amino acids and fibre.

Ingredients How to make

Ingredients

  • 80 g Ground almonds
  • 170 g Flax seeds
  • 80 g Chia seeds
  • 4 Eggs
  • 50 ml MCT oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 100 ml Water

How to make

  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and combine for a couple of minutes, on a medium speed.
  • Pour the mixxture into a greased 24cm square baking tin.
  • Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
