Broad bean, pea and mint dip

  • 100 g Broad beans
  • 100 g Peas
  • 20 g Mint
  • 15 g Tahini
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 30 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Lemon (juice)
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt

How to make

  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor.
  • Combine until you have a smooth paste.
