If you like a hot curry then this for you! This vegan version of a traditional Thai Red Curry Paste is every bit as tasty, if not more because it's so fresh!
I can’t handle too much chilli so this is really what Harry says, not me! He loves this paste with coconut milk to make a curry, or using it as a marinade for fish. He says its the best hot sauce and, believe me, he’s tasted many!
