Sprouted seeds

We use a mixture of seeds to create a great array of flavours and textures as well as nutrients. Sprouted seeds are a great source of more easily digestible protein for everyone but should definitely eat a part of a vegetarian and vegan diet.

I love mine sprinkled on salads but they’re equally delicious steam-fried with a bit of ginger, some spring onions and lots of fresh lemon juice.

Each pack contains 100g of Sprouted Seeds.
