Raw cacao bar: sour cherry
The idea behind making our own chocolate was to keep the nutritional value of cacao without losing the flavour or adding unnecessary sugars. Each combination of ingredients used have been carefully combined, not only to satisfy the palate but to promote wellbeing too. Most dark chocolates are brittle and have an unpleasant bitterness – with our chocolates, we wanted to enhance the natural bitterness which is an important part of good quality cacao, whilst also creating a dark chocolate which melts in your mouth.
Each full Raw Cacao Bar weighs approximately 100g.
