Natto originates in Japan, and is made from soya beans which are cooked and fermented, releasing their probiotic nutrients and ready-to-digest amino acids. It is also extremely high in vitamin K.

Stir the natto vigorously about 100 times so that it becomes sticky and the white strands are very visible. The more white strands, the better, as these are the amino acids!

Each pack contains 100g Organic Natto.
