A rolling plan to help keep you on track with your health and fitness journey. Each month, for just £1.61 per day, you’ll receive;

  • 13-14 live led exercise sessions every week including yoga, resistance training and HIIT delivered by five experts
  • Access to the recordings of all live classes throughout the month
  • An example of a meal plan
  • FREE 1-to-1 consultation with Meera for 30 minutes in your first month
    • Book any other consultations whilst on the plan for half price (usually £50/hour)

This is a rolling plan and will renew every month unless you cancel your subscription. Payment is taken on the last day of each month for the next month’s content. Partial payments for partial periods are not accepted.
