Nutrition explained

We follow guidelines set out by The Food Standards Agency when labelling our food with nutritional information. Our recipes, products and ethos are driven by holistic health and we aim to teach you about different ingredients, as well as macro and micro nutrients, whilst approaching your diet in a balanced way that works for you.

Saturated fats

The saturated fats we use are coconut oil and MCT oil. The unsaturated fats we use are high quality olive oils, and omegas from nuts and seeds. Fats are an important part of a balanced diet.


The added sugars we use are all unrefined, and the sugars in our products and recipes occur naturally from the ingredients we use.

Meera’s approach to food:

Genetically, we’re all different in the food we need. We welcome you to try our recipes and we hope they become a part of your balanced lifestyle. However, they are also a starting point in your food journey – we want them to entice your curiosity about food and what it does for your body.

Any food eaten in excess of what your body can cope with will be unhealthy for you. Whilst our foods are made with a focus on nutrition and health, like anything, we do not advise eating anything in excess.
