Meera Bhogal

Exercise and fitness have always been part of my life but it wasn’t until about five years ago when I really realised the benefits and importance of strength and resistance training as well as yoga. I dramatically changed how I exercise to work on these aspects and have since seen significant changes in my strength and flexibility! To benefit my love of training and want to share this with others, I’m in the process of becoming a gym instructor.

Zahra Khimji

Fitness was always part of my story. I began watching Jane Fonda from the tender age of seven and was keen to copy all of her fun aerobics exercises. Having been an overweight child, it became my mission to use fitness to lose weight and gain confidence in myself. In 2013 I enrolled in my first course to become a Pilates instructor and have never looked back since!

I find the most joy out of teaching women to honour their bodies and develop a sustainable healthy lifestyle to help them become their best selves. I particularly love focusing on pre and post natal women because it was through the experience of having both my children that I discovered how incredibly STRONG women are.

Jon Bailey

My path into personal training came via boxing which remains a passion of mine to this day. I have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years now and been fortunate enough to have gained my experience in some of London and the home counties most prestigious fitness centres. I started out at a small hotel group in Aylesbury before moving on to Fitness First and then spent 6 years at Brunel University training elite athletes.

Damian Victory

I’m a 53 year old retired firefighter and a fitness coach. Before joining the London Fire Brigade, I had a successful career as an international male model too! Sport has always been a big part of my life, from gymnastics to football and athletics – I’ve always had a passion for movement. I’ve always kept up a regular strength training regime but when I discovered calisthenics in 2012, my training went up to a whole different level. As an older man I found it rewarding to not only keep in shape, but also move more functionally than just aesthetically.

Calisthenics is the art of using your own body weight to perform exercises – a method I personally find very holistic and inclusive. Our body becomes our own personal gym! It suits all levels of fitness and for this reason, I concentrate my PT and coaching predominantly around it.

Shallu Gupta

Hi, I am Shallu Gupta. I am a level 3 personal trainer and founded Fitbelle Health Limited with a mission to help people in getting a fitter and stronger version of themselves. Not just workouts, I work with my clients on their nutrition, recovery, mindset and habits to sustain a healthy lifestyle. My motto is “Show up, everyday!”
