Meera Bhogal

Exercise and fitness have always been part of my life but it wasn’t until about five years ago when I really realised the benefits and importance of strength and resistance training as well as yoga. I dramatically changed how I exercise to work on these aspects and have since seen significant changes in my strength and flexibility! To benefit my love of training and want to share this with others, I’m am currently working towards my Level 3 instructor accredication.

Hi, Im Aria. My mission is to help women feel strong, empowered, and confident. I strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where women and men can lose fat, build muscle, and make fitness a sustainable part of their daily routine. I understand the importance of developing a strong mindset and increasing confidence in the gym, which is why I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals
