What does each box contain?

Each box contains the dry ingredients for your recipe, a keepsake recipe card, information about the country of the month and an activity sheet for your child to complete. Their first box will also contain a map of the world, so they can keep a track of their international cooking journey!

Where can you deliver and what is the cost?

We deliver across the UK and shipping is absolutely FREE!

Does each box include all ingredients needed to make the recipe?

All boxes include the dry ingredients needed. The ingredients that are not included will be easily accessible though, and you'll probably already have them in your kitchen!

What age children is this subscription suitable for?

The boxes have been created with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum in mind and also support the first few years of primary school. They are perfect up to the ages of 8 and 9 - but trust us, the whole family will want to get stuck in!

Are the recipes suitable for vegans?

All recipes will be vegetarian, but some may require eggs. However, we want to make our SFS boxes as accessible as possible for your little ones, so just email us and we are more than happy to provide alternative ingredients to suit your dietary requirements*

Can I gift a box?

Yes! You can gift any one of our subscription options. Simply select the desired subscription length and enter your recipient's name and address at checkout.

How many servings does each recipe make?

Each recipe will make between 4-6 servings of that month's item.

When do I have to order by? When will my child receive their box?

Place your order by 30th of each month and you will receive your order on the 15th of the following month. With our subscriptions you have peace of mind that your little one's box will be with them without fail every month!

My child has an allergy, will these boxes be suitable?

Every single box is entirely free from both dairy and gluten. The boxes are however, packaged in a kitchen which handles nuts, peanuts, soya and sesame. If your child has an allergy or intolerance to one of these allergens, please get in touch and we can see how we can help!

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

If you would like to pause or cancel your subscription, please get in touch with us by the 10th of the month and we will be happy to help!

How do you make your boxes healthy for kids? ?

We use organically sourced, wholesome and nutritious ingredients for all of our boxes. All recipes are nutritionally balanced to ensure your little one is taking good care of their health.

Do I need to help my child with the recipe?

The recipes are easy to follow, however for your child's safety, we highly recommend adult supervision - plus it's a lovely activity to do together!
