Anupa Panjabi is a Wellness Coach with over 22 years of experience in healing. She is known for
taking individuals and groups on blissful, healing journeys through her guided meditations,
breath work and Reiki healing. Anupa practices her 1-1 healing sessions and Group Healing Workshops at studios in St. John’s Wood & Marylebone.
On October 7 th , at the Menopause Coffee Morning, Anupa will share her own experience with peri-
menopause and the shifts she has made through her self-care routine to release the brain fog and
feel more physically and mentally energised.
