SOLD OUT – Don’t Pause For Menopause Symposium 2024

Finally – a day full of must know information, lunch and meaningful conversations about Menopause and Peri Menopause.

Most women go through this, and it could be you, one of your family members or even people that you professionally deal with, and there is so very much knowledge to gain on the subjects surrounding Menopause.

Conversations have been pushed aside as taboo, not recognised as a huge part of a woman’s journey in the workplace, not been talked about enough, shrouded in embarrassment – not anymore!

For our health, wellbeing, mental health, physical health – we are making this topic front and centre for the day, along with lunch, refreshments and the opportunity to network with the speakers and each other.

This event is for those who are perimenopausal, post menopausal or professionals in women’s health/menopause.  This event is open and inclusive, and one where we focus on raising awareness and sharing information on Menopause.

So whether you are a women needing the confidence to navigate your way through menopausal years and to connect the dots to adopting a holistic approach, or a professional who wants to increase their understanding of menopause and the impact it can have on how they can better work with clients and/or employees, you will find this symposium insightful and filled with information.

Julianna Alexander – Registered Nutritional Therapist; Psychometrist, Founder, Health Coach, Corporate Adviser

I approach my nutritional consultations from a functional medicine perspective, which means I consider all of my client’s symptoms and contributing factors, taking into account possible systems imbalances within the body. I also have a degree in Psychology, which allows me to specialise in individual consultations, aiming to motivate and educate people to improve their wellness and lead a healthier lifestyle. Achieving maximum health and vitality, emotional balance, confidence, success and happiness doesn’t just happen by chance.  Doctors are encouraging us to take more responsibility for our own wellbeing.  I agree.  Many of the answers to our health and emotional problems lie in our own hands.
