Bone broth is essentially stock made from animal bones and connective tissue, and is used for soups, sauces, gravies, and often drunk on it's own.
The reason we love using bone broth because it’s an incredible ancient food that has been used for healing purposes. It includes collagen, which is a protein in your body that provides plenty of benefits, including providing structure and strength to your skin. Collagen is super easily absorbed and full of nutrition.
We take great pride in our bone broths, as they are completely made with love! They are made using filtered water, and only well-sourced, organic carcusses. We ensure that we extract all the goodness out of it, by cooking the carcasses on a low heat for at least 36 hours. It’s important to note that each broth has its own combination of collagen that comes from each carcass, all providing individual benefits.
