I have always struggled to find flavours which work well together and actually most teas end up tasting the same or are too sharp or sweet or do not taste of anything at all. For me a herb tea is not just about the taste but also the effect that the blends of spices and herbs have on my body. What are they doing for me and can I use them to help heal and nourish my body? After all if we are putting something into our bodies, we should be using this as an opportunity to put goodness in.
The Happy Tummy tea is just that. The blend of spices and herbs make my tummy happy. Of course it is not a miracle cure but it certainly helps me on those days when I know I have had a stressful day or I know that my tummy is jut not happy.
